Spirit Week Recap
We were thrilled to celebrate the 8th season of NCL Spirit Week, a tradition that continued to bring our community together through learning, connection, and career exploration.
This year’s lineup featured five engaging sessions designed to support students, coaches, and educators at every stage of their cybersecurity journey:
- The Hiring Perspective: Turning NCL Skills into Cybersecurity Careers
- Individual & Team Game Challenge Walkthrough
- The Next Chapter: Life After NCL
- Building a Cyber Club: From Idea to Impact
- Awards Ceremony
Each session offered practical insights—from translating competition experience into career readiness, to strengthening team performance, to building and expanding cybersecurity programs in schools and communities. The Awards Ceremony provided a meaningful moment to recognize outstanding student achievement and celebrate the hard work of competitors across the season.
A special thank you goes to our guest speaker, Kaylin Martin from Tanium, for joining us and sharing insights and inspiration with the NCL community.
We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to all of our presenters, as well as the NCL team behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to bring together such fresh, relevant, and engaging content. Your time, expertise, and dedication made this year’s Spirit Week a truly energizing experience.
