Fall 2025 Spotlight Partner Announcement: The Diana Initiative
We’re excited to announce that The Diana Initiative is our Fall 2025 Spotlight Partner!
As someone who cares about the future of cybersecurity, you understand the importance of building an industry that is inclusive and supportive of all voices. That’s the mission of The Diana Initiative: to create a more inclusive information security community.
Much of their work takes place around the major August infosec events, where they host:
- A scholarship program for students and career changers to attend Black Hat and DEF CON
- A dinner for neurodivergent individuals
- A quiet room at DEF CON
- A meetup for women, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people at DEF CON
And their impact doesn’t stop there. Throughout the year, The Diana Initiative can also be found at events like RSAC, BSides NYC, and in online spaces—always working to connect underrepresented individuals with the communities and resources they need to thrive.
You can support their mission by volunteering your time (mentoring students or staffing events), spreading the word, making a donation, or introducing them to organizations that can help strengthen their impact.
